ASVABace provides online ASVAB practice tests, study materials, score calculators, and career exploration tools. Our platform is designed to help users prepare for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test. We are not affiliated with the Department of Defense or any military branch.

3. Accounts

You may use some features without an account. Creating an account allows you to save progress, track scores, and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

ASVABace offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly). You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied, contact support@asvabace.com within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

Free Trial

When available, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share, redistribute, or resell our practice questions or content
Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from our platform
Attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls or access controls
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Impersonate others or provide false account information
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ASVABace — including practice questions, explanations, study guides, calculators, and visual assets — is the property of Willow Labs LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

ASVABace is a study aid and practice tool. We do not guarantee specific ASVAB scores, military qualification, or enlistment outcomes. Actual ASVAB test content, scoring, and requirements are determined by the Department of Defense. Our practice questions are independently created and are not sourced from actual ASVAB exams.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willow Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ASVABace, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or military career opportunities.

9. Organization Access

Organizations (recruiting stations, schools, etc.) may purchase bulk access keys for their members. Organization administrators can view aggregate progress data. Organization access is governed by the terms agreed upon during purchase.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
